International duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. Luluva Official is not responsible for customs delays.
We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us at luluvateam@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees or may opt for a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).
